Petronet Financial Contribution In Clean Ganga Fund
River Ganga has been the source of physical and spiritual sustenance of Indian civilization for centuries. Petronet LNG Limited (PLL) under its Corporate Social Responsibility contributed Rs. 1.5 Crore in the Clean Ganga Fund corpus set up by Government of India. The Fund has the objective of contributing to the national effort of cleaning of the river Ganga and will help bring innovation and technological know-how.

Under Rural Infrastructure projects, Petronet LNG has spent Rs 1.14 Crores towards the construction of rural infrastructure facilities like pathways, inter village roads, culverts, drainage facilities, side walls for protection from high tides, etc. along with the gram Panchayat and district administration in the several wards of the Elamkunnapuzha Grama Panchayat in Kerala with a population of 65,000 across the 23 Wards.

Roofing items worth Rs. 2 Lacs were provided to the Gram Panchayat Office of Luwara Village in Gujarat for construction of houses for tribal families living below the poverty line
