Job Description

Designation: President (HR)

(The above position is one level below the Board level position. Incumbent should be atleast working in the capacity of GM / CGM / GGM (E8) level in PSU or, atleast 2 levels below the Board level position in a private organisation)

Grade : L9

Qualification :

Incumbent should have First Class Graduation degree with Masters in Business Administration with specialisation in HR or equivalent degree from top Business Schools / University. An engineering or law degree shall have an added advantage.

Age :

The maximum age limit is 55 years as on 30th Jan, 2019.

Post Qualification Work experience :

Minimum 25 years of post-qualification work experience as on 30th Jan, 2019 in large organisations preferably in Hydrocarbon sector/ Energy sector etc. having turnover not less than 1000 crs.

Experience :

The incumbent should possess hardcore experience on conceptualisation, formulation, implementation, review of HR Policies, processes and systems, strong in people management, Learning and Development, Performance Evaluation & Reward system, Career Progression, Performance based Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Employees Engagement, Succession Planning etc in SAP environment. He / She should have experience in HR services and compliance at Corporate Level.

Incumbent should be strategic planner, proactive, innovative, motivator, merit oriented and committed to the success of the organisation through its people & team. Must have ability to put people at the heart of Corporate Purpose. Experience at partnering with top Management/Board at Corporate office in highly dynamic business environment.

1. Company Profile

2. Job Description & Responsibility:

Director (Technical) is a member of Board of Directors and reports to Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer. He / She is responsible for the efficient functioning of the Company and for achieving its Corporate objectives & performance parameters. He / She is overall in-charge of project planning, execution, finalization and implementation of projects, plant/terminal operations, technological up-gradation, conceptualization etc. and is also responsible for evolving and formulating operational policies and their implementation.

Selected candidate will be expected to become involved in a range of work to enable the department to respond effectively to the requirements of the Company.

3. Date of Vacancy: 20th July, 2019 (Twentieth July Two Thousand Nineteen).

4. Qualification

First Class Full Time engineering degree from reputed AICTE / UGC approved Institute / University / Foreign University or Deemed University.

5. Age

The candidate should be aged minimum of 48 (Forty Eight) years and maximum of 57 (Fifty Seven) years as on date of vacancy, i.e. 20th July, 2019.

6. Experience

Incumbent's Post Qualification Experience should be minimum 25 (Twenty Five) years as on date of vacancy, i.e. 20th July, 2019. The incumbent should have worked in the area of projects, plant operations and maintenance in large industrial organization and should have atleast recent 5 years of experience in heading Plant Operations / Technical Services / Maintenance Services in a large industrial organization. The preference shall be given to the incumbents having experience of working in area of the cryogenic technological environment. The experience in the hydrocarbon sector shall be an added advantage.

7. Tenure

5 years from the date of joining.

8. Remuneration

The position carries an attractive compensation package and perquisites which include Basic pay, House rent and other Allowances, Retiral Benefits, Performance Incentive. Post-Retirement Medical Scheme, Group Term Life Insurance, Group Personnel Accident Insurance, Company car etc. shall be provided, as per Company's Policy.
