2. Job Description & Responsibility:

Director (Technical) is a member of Board of Directors and reports to Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer. He / She is responsible for the efficient functioning of the Company and for achieving its corporate objectives & performance parameters. He / She is overall in-charge of conceptualising, project planning, execution, finalization and implementation of projects, plant/terminal operations, technological up-gradation, Maintenance etc. and is also responsible for evolving and formulating operational policies and their implementation.

Selected candidate will be expected to become involved in a range of work to enable the department to respond effectively to the requirements of the Company.

4. Qualification

Full Time degree in any branch of Engineering with minimum 60% marks or minimum 6 CGPA from reputed AICTE / UGC approved Institutes / Universities or Deemed Universities.

6. Experience

Incumbent's Post Qualification Experience should be minimum 27 (Twenty Seven) years as on 14.01.2020. The incumbent should have worked in the areas of

a) Projects, plant operations and maintenance in large industrial organization preferably hydrocarbon/energy industry

AND

b) should have at least 5 years of experience in Operations & Maintenance(O&M) OR project execution in LNG terminal/ natural gas processing industries/ petrochemical plants/ refinery, out of recent 10 years.

7. Employment Status

a. The applicant must, on the date of application, be employed in a Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE)/State Public Sector Enterprise (SPSE)/Private Sector company as per the following:

    i. In regular/Permanent capacity not in contractual / adhoc capacity. However, same shall not be applicable to whole time Director of the Board of a company.

    ii. In the grade/position of maximum - two level below Board*.

b. The applicant must, on the date of application, be employed in listed company with audited average annual turnover of Rs. 5000 Cr or more in three financial years preceding the calendar year in which the post is advertised.

9. Remuneration

Qualification :

2. Job Description & Responsibility:

Director (Technical) is a member of Board of Directors and reports to Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer. He / She is responsible for the efficient functioning of the Company and for achieving its Corporate objectives & performance parameters. He / She is overall in-charge of project planning, execution, finalization and implementation of projects, plant/terminal operations, technological up-gradation, conceptualization etc. and is also responsible for evolving and formulating operational policies and their implementation.

Selected candidate will be expected to become involved in a range of work to enable the department to respond effectively to the requirements of the Company.

3. Date of Vacancy: 20^th July, 2019 (Twentieth July Two Thousand Nineteen).

4. Qualification

First Class Full Time engineering degree from reputed AICTE / UGC approved Institute / University / Foreign University or Deemed University.

5. Age

The candidate should be aged minimum of 48 (Forty Eight) years and maximum of 57 (Fifty Seven) years as on date of vacancy, i.e. 20^th July, 2019.

6. Experience

Incumbent's Post Qualification Experience should be minimum 25 (Twenty Five) years as on date of vacancy, i.e. 20^th July, 2019. The incumbent should have worked in the area of projects, plant operations and maintenance in large industrial organization and should have atleast recent 5 years of experience in heading Plant Operations / Technical Services / Maintenance Services in a large industrial organization. The preference shall be given to the incumbents having experience of working in area of the cryogenic technological environment. The experience in the hydrocarbon sector shall be an added advantage.

7. Tenure

5 years from the date of joining.

8. Remuneration
