The above results
have been reviewed by Audit Committee and taken on record by the Board
of Directors in their meeting held on 20.10.2005 and are subjected
to limited review by the statutory auditors. |

The Company had 9
investor complaints at the beginning of the quarter. 436 complaints
were received during the Quarter, against which 442 complaints were
resolved. 3 complaints were pending to be resolved at the end of the
Quarter. |

The company commenced
commercial production on 9th April 2004. Hence, profit & loss
account for the previous year ended 31.3.2005 is for the period 9th
April 2004 to 31.3.2005 and profit & loss account for the previous
six months ended 30.9.2004 is for the period 9th April 2004 to 30.9.2004.

The deferred tax assets
for the Financial Year 2004-05 was recognised at the end of the year.

The Company is presently
operating in one segment viz. Regasified - Liquefied Natural Gas (R-
LNG). |
